It's not a Bartolotta's restaurant, it's a bar. Only 4 of us looking for a regular 4 top table. They wouldn't seat us until the remaining 2 showed up. There were 11 open tables. The place was not packed. I thought that was strange.”

“They make the best avocado toast in all of Milwaukee and Waukesha. I have ordered avocado toast in three other places recently and they can't match this cafe. I don't name the places but they are very high end upscale restaurants.”

“We had a buffet lunch at Bullwinkle’s May 2, 2025, to celebrate my wife’s life. There were about 60 guests. Everything was excellent! It was more than expected. The food choices were great and the meal was outstanding. Management and staff treated us like members of their own families. They were not intrusive or hovering and provided loving care for this special occasion. They even allowed us to bring specialty desserts, for which they provided plates, utensils and carry-out containers. It was very reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I am posting this on several websites. In addition to all the superlatives above, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars – higher! Did I say exemplary? Most highly recommended. “Had a great brunch today! I’ve been here at least 7-8 times, and the food is consistently good. The wait staff are so attentive, and today Malita was our server and was so kind and thoughtful to me and my elderly mom. I had the breakfast sandwich with the Vegetarian burger. AMAZING”

The chicken was hand breaded and was so moist. Also got their Cheese Curds and they were delicious. Service was quick and the workers were very friendly. Also kudos to them working in their trucks when the temps were around 90. They did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend them for your event and I will try them again in the future.”

The carrot cake was something out of heaven! Parkside 23, you didn’t disappoint. It’s so nice to go out and actually have a good meal and good service. Rare find! Will be back for more”

Another area is set up as a boutique with women’s clothing, handmade from a several countries purchase through fair trade, a shoe line and many accessories and jewelry. All handmade, artistic and cultural in fashion. And of course the upper level is layed out with vintage, re-purpose an upcycled items mixed with vintage and current artwork.
