For a loyal customer patronizing Glass Nickel for decades, I shouldn't be in a position to need to write this. With all the problems, - and it seems that nearly each order has come with one or more - I still came back for the great taste of Glass Nickel pizza.
However, the most recent issue made me finally decide to take my business elsewhere.
My pizza had (over three inches) of no toppings toward the edge. Unacceptable.

I heard from the driver that it was busy, but my pizza was substandard compared to previous orders, it was like a standard fetaliciuos without the extras I ordered. Also not very hot either, it's not like I was far away, so this is disappointing. I always tip the drivers well, cause I used to drive for GN.
