Noodles & Company is a restaurant that seems to be going through a transition period. The portions and quality of food have declined compared to a couple of years ago. The traditional Mac and cheese dish is not as creamy as expected, and the self-serve area is messy and understocked. However, the manager, Nathan, is exceptional in his service, handling a busy night with patience and efficiency. The location is currently undergoing renovations, and the menu has changed significantly since September 2023.
