The pics tell all. It was absolutely disgusting.
I fully respect and understand that staffing is an issue. However, we visited today (Sunday) at lunch time and the food was terrible. The interactions with the workers was fine. But it took 30 minutes to get 3 buttered noodle bowls and they were all ice cold. I actually watched as they put them on a tray, set the tray on the order counter and let them sit there for over 10 minutes...not only growing cold but being exposed to any and every other customer walking by them. This place is absolute garbage. First of all is order accuracy. They are terrible at it, my food is commonly wrong. They make you pay for extra sauce then freaking forget it. That is my main gripe. I pay for some extra sauce my burned, dry noodles actually have some taste, then they have the audacity to not even give it to me.
