Wow i was blown away by awesome customer nervous today. I was not expecting such awesomeness at chain/fast food restaurant. Food was great and the place is clean. I feel like this is the nicest Noodles I’ve been in for the past ten years. Nice work Sun Prairie!
Food was hot and ready to go pretty quick. Staff was friendly too.
A great place to take kids for the mac and cheese but offers a variety for older clients as well. My son loves the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese.

Noodles & Company is a restaurant that appears to be going through a transition period. The portions and quality of food have declined compared to a couple of years ago. The traditional Mac and cheese dish is not as creamy as expected, and the self-serve area is messy and understocked. Despite these issues, the staff, especially the employee who was working late, provides excellent service by being friendly and helpful. One customer shared a positive experience with the team, mentioning how they went above and beyond to serve them close to closing time after a bad experience elsewhere. The location is currently undergoing renovations, and the menu has changed significantly since September 2023. Additionally, a staff member named Lily was praised for her kindness and helpfulness in resolving a coupon issue, making it clear that the team is dedicated to good customer service.
