So slow! The “rapid pickup” line is the same drive-through as everything else. What is the point of doing rapid pick up? If it’s not rapid?
Panera as a company has really gone downhill. I don’t care if you have a fancy building. If it takes me over five minutes to get the items that I pre-ordered.

Don’t go over lunch if you have a tight schedule. It took almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for a 1/2 cold sandwich and cup of soup. The hard part is, once you enter the drive thru you can’t get out when the wait is too long because of the medians. It might be better when you order ahead, but not in the drive thru.
Love Panera! My daughter's favorite place as well!
