Been here many times. Usually a great time. Today (my birthday) was a bust. Ribs came out cold, steak and onions were cold and was a poor experience. Our server Madison was very concerned and very apologetic. The manage Cole was very apologetic, comped our meals and gave us a voucher for $30. I have been in the restaurant/food industry for 30+ years, it happens and things can and do go south. He listened, addressed and was a great manager. We will give them another chance.
