“We had a fantastic experience at One Prime Steakhouse. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was prepared perfectly. Erika was our waitress and did an outstanding job taking care of us. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our evening was enjoyable. Bella, who was training with her, was also wonderful and clearly learning from a great example.

“I had only eaten in a Texas Roadhouse years ago in another state. Let me tell you. I LOVE steak. Honestly it does not get better than this and I know my steak! Everything you get with it is hot and delicious as well, but they know good meat and how to cook a steak. I was a chef at one time. The one on Watts in Madison is my preference. EVERYONE well trained and friendly. You can tell they all have a nice bond also ... management must bed excellent to have such happy staff.“
