“I'm leaving this review in regards to the manager of this location. We eat at outback often. The food and service are always good. The last time particular French the manager was working the front as the greater/reservations and seating. He was very welcoming and professional. We also got to see how he managed his crew. They came to him with a question and he immediately directed them in a professional manner and also told them to follow up with him so he knows its done. He got us seated in a very reasonable time especially since we didn't have reservations and they were very busy with many others waiting. Once we were seated we continued to see French work his way through the restaurant doing multiple things definitely going above and beyond. He also took a moment to work the crowd with a big toast. After that he made his way around greating people and chatting with a very good attitude. The type of attitude that makes your experience more enjoyable. His personality and demeanor creates a great work environment from what we seen. A bad manager can ruin a business and good one like French can make it. People are definitely more likely to return with a manager like him. To sum it up the food was great as always,the service was great too and French was exceptional. Give that man a raise!!!!“
