I wish I had gotten the name of our server. He did a fabulous job of taking care of us today!!! Thank you so much for the 10% local hero discount! It is so much appreciated!!! WELL DONE ROCKFORD IL TEXAS ROADHOUSE!!! WE’LL BE BACK!!!!
Food was incredibly good. Even while very busy only a short wait. Service was friendly and helpful. The server Cheyenne was very patient and made sure our meal was a pleasant one.
My wife and I had early dinner, not crowded at all. Enjoyed a Filet and Ribeye with a sweet potato. The best thing I think is the chilled salad, I look forward to it every time we go there. The service was great, she was at our table many times and anticipated our every need.

Many customers appreciate the friendly service and the welcoming atmosphere, with some mentioning that the staff takes good care of guests and offers helpful suggestions. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great place for a meal. The bread with butter is often praised as divine, and appetizers like the blooming onion are enjoyed for their delicious dipping sauce.
