Chang Jiang | Chinese in Sun Prairie is a local restaurant that offers generous portions of Chinese food, with some reviewers describing it as among the best they have tried. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making customers feel at home. The menu features dishes like shrimp fried rice, crab rangoon, and veggie eggrolls, with online ordering available for convenience. Many find the food to be good for the area, with quick service and large servings. However, some customers have experienced issues such as greasy food, overcooked crab rangoons, and a lack of authentic Chinese flavor, noting the absence of sauce and garlic flavor in some dishes. There are mixed opinions about the restaurant’s consistency; some appreciate the quality, while others have been disappointed by greasiness or less flavorful options. Despite these differences, Chang Jiang remains a popular spot for takeout and dine-in, especially appreciated for its friendly atmosphere and convenient service.
