I order here a lot, and wonder why the bread is always so hard at this location?! Every time I order, it's hard every time. Can you please bake the bread a little less time? I used to work at a Jimmy Johns back in the day and know it should be on a timer.
The food is good. But some time in the last 6 months I suspect maybe a management change resulted in much, much slower service. Sitting in an unmoving drive-thru line as I write this. I may visit less frequently.

Sandwich was made while I was ordering/paying, however none of their payment terminals would accept my Google pay, even though I had just used it literally a few minutes ago at the Culver's next door. I didn't have any other money with me so they threw the sub in the trash and I left without anything. No apologies from the staff, they didn't really seem to care. Oh well.
