“I had a great experience at this store the other night and wanted to leave a review telling people about it. I made a fairly large order of sandwiches and received a phone call that they had run out of bread but that they were making some more. Thing is I know they could have just cancelled my order and moved on with the night but instead went above and beyond by giving me a call and asking me how I wanted to handle the order. I decided to wait for the bread and was very glad I did seeing as these were the best Jimmy john's sandwiches I've ever had. So thank you to the young man that went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner and I highly recommend this Jimmy john's!!“

“We had the French dip and gyros sandwiches, which were both quite good. A nice lunch. The restaurant interior is less funky than dumpy. We suggest a paint job, new furniture and clean up the terrazzo floor. The food is more important though. Very good!“
“Eating on campus is you know... don't get me wrong, that's any campus, institutional food is just soul-crushing on most days. So to have something like this around, a stone's throw from most buildings on the UW, fresh, consistent, flavorful, and balancing between crunchy, spicy, satisfying and wholesome, and always quick, is just bliss. The menu is very limited but there is a vegetarian option and thus might just be the best Bahn Mi-like sandwich in this our town of Madison. Perfectly complemented with a packet of simple Lays I hope this place doesn't go away any time soon and that this review doesn't make it crowded and spoil my fun. He does accept EatStreet orders so you could pre-order rush in from class or work. My favorite is the Vietnamese Meatball but you mostly can't go wrong with any of them.“

“Staff was amazing. Wife ordered a sandwich not realizing the bacon would be cold which she doesn’t like. She knew and admitted it was her own fault but staff was completely accommodating and made her a new sandwich no cost. Hasn’t been to millions in quite a while but will be stopping in again for sure.“
“I’ve been a regular customer at this subway for over 17 years. No matter how busy this shop is, the staff here make the highest quality sandwiches just the way you crave them every single time.
