I’m requesting an immediate refund for my order from Jimmy John's on University Avenue in Madison. I was so happy coming here smiling and all approaching their front door.
My sandwich was completely wrong and poor quality. The bacon was cold and clearly not heated, the sandwich itself was cold and hard, there was little to no mayo despite requesting extra, no oil was added, and the onions were not as requested.
