Ordered food at 11:19 - email sent it was out for deliver 11:39 . 12:30 still no food called to ask update he stated the delivery guy was still out. I stated that this was crazy an hour and I'm just up the street. Called back 1245 still no food. They canceled the order and refunded. Without notification no sorry no nothing so there went my full lunch hour and no food. Worse service ever. And i do a lot of deliveries from jj because I work at the hospital and it's easier.

After waiting 50 minutes for my sub, with the delivery time continuing to be pushed back, I called to cancel my order only to be heckled by the "manager on duty." Absolutely disappointed with what they think is appropriate communication + etiquette.

Probably the fourth time now I’ve ordered a sandwich with peppers and when I get home to eat, there are no peppers. It really doesn’t seem that hard… the sandwich sucks without them.

Had a delivery. We had a delivery set for 11:3@ for our office and it was delayed. I called and they said they had a lot of orders for that location so they were getting them all ready and bring them all over. We have set lunches and were told it’d be ready by 11:30 but it wasn’t delivered until 12:15. I called a few more times. The first time I was out on hold, the second time the phone was taken off the hook, and the last time I was hung up on. Terrible service!

Freaky fast delivery... How about no delivery. When I called about delivery the man just said no more delivery today! WHAT?!? The whole point and slogan of this company is FREAKY FAST DELIVERY! Also this was at 2 or 3pm its not like I called a hour before closing. Reading the rest of the reviews the delivery would take hours anyways glad theres lots more places to eat from around here :)
