Employees working here on Saturdays are awesome and very friendly.
The interior/seating area is clean.

Honestly the best store I've been to in the Madison area. The store is always clean, the associates are super friendly, the sandwich quality is VERY consistent between team members, and this is the only store I can trust to NOT put black olives on my sandwich instead of black pepper. My only complaint is that it's kind of a garbage location with no street parking nearby, but that's the franchise owner's fault.
