Holy f**** This place is great! The University Ave Subway was passable -- typically I order online for pick-up and that Subway has a history of messing up those (wrong bread, missing toppings, etc.). This Subway created an absolutely beautiful sandwich. I don't know which Sandwich Artist crafted the immaculate masterpiece that was my dinner, but they deserve an exhibit in the Guggenheim, MoMA, Met, and even the Chazen. The best sandwich I've had at a Madison Subway, hands down. Wow. Can't recommend it enough.

Asked for Black Pepper and the person drowned the sandwich in black pepper. Not even edible after all this pepper. The person seemed to possibly be a manager and was very careless. Probably will not visit again after this. Cant even eat the sandwich.

Has a new remodeled store that is pretty clean. Available seating is pretty nice and the food is standard for Subway. The bathrooms have a second door to enter the actual bathroom and the bathroom itself seems pretty old.

Subway, the myth, the legend, the sandwich shop from those legend book things. This place is super good and I recommend it to anyone who wants a casual something to eat, I go here usually and it has not disappointed me once. I appreciate all the work you do in keeping your restaurant this way.

Pretty good place, clean restaurant and friendly waitstaff. Went there with a friend and his family and ordered a lot of food to feed us all and they were good with us. Only qualm was I ordered an Italian BMT and the worker that made it put a small amount of ham and then loaded up on salami. Besides that, a good experience.
Great food and incredible staff! I'm a regular and eat lunch here everyday. The day I left my bag in the restaurant by mistake, they were kind enough to keep it safely for me saving me a whole lot of pain.Thanks a lot guys! You rock :)
