Clean place with friendly employees
We ordered pickup. Sandwich was great. We had a #14 Bootleggers Club which is our usual. Will definitely be returning.
I had quite a specific order. They were patient, understanding, and kept a smile on their faces. Thank you!

Jimmy John's is a restaurant that offers sandwiches and party packs. A customer had a great experience with a large order of sandwiches, but there was a delay due to a lack of bread. The staff went above and beyond by calling the customer and offering a solution. The sandwiches, once received, were the best the customer had ever had from Jimmy John's. However, another customer had a different experience with an "unwich," which they found disappointing due to poorly prepared ingredients. Despite this, the customer appreciated the pleasant and well-mannered staff, who were attentive and made efforts to correct a mistake with a customized sandwich during a busy lunch rush. The restaurant is noted for its cleanliness and overall, it appears to be a hit or miss experience, but the customer service is commendable.
