Visited a Cousins for the first time in many years, I’m usually a Jimmy John’s or Subway guy. The food was good, I’ll definitely try Cousins again for that reason. However the service from Tracy the “manager” was unacceptable. She approached the register to take our order seeming very inconvenienced. I always stop in on our drive through the area, now I'm thinking no more. The female manager is always short and seems overwhelmed. First thing she always says is it's going to be 7 minutes. Remind you there's no one in line and I didn't notice drive thru with a big line either. This is the third time in a row, so I'm done. Owner needs to have a talk with her.

Love this gas station/food court. I typically get Rocky’s since I work next to a cousins. Got the double cheesesteak sub as my usual order. Watched the meat get microwaved which was strange. At my more frequent location I see it grilled. Sub was half warm, cheese not melted, and was half as good as normal.
