I was immediately greeted, treated courteously and respectfully, and was overall very impressed! I know he was the manager as another individual came in to ask for a manager and he introduced himself as such. Plus, my sandwich was very good!“

He even took time to help someone with questions about the Subway app.“

“This was my first time ordering from this Jersey Mike's. I arrived on a busy Sunday around lunch time. I want to give a special shoutout to Sara who took and made my family's order. With a long line from a busy lunch rush Sara was flawless. Her fantastic attitude instantly improved my mood! She was talking, laughing and carrying on with customers while we waited and all the while diligently making multiple orders from memory . I have to say as a person who works in customer service myself (GM at a hotel group) this was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time even when faced with a large task of orders and quite a few people. The employees were super friendly and conversing with everyone while they assembled sandwiches. Restrooms and tables were clean. The best experience you could ask for from a chain sandwich shop!“

It's in a small office park and retail center on an end cap.

Parking is available near the door.

Entered and used their small phone application to place an order.

In a short time it was ready.
Seating is limited to two tables and there is a bar along the window.

Using the application you can add or delete items on your order.

Short time later my order was ready.

Pepsi fountain drinks are available and some bottled and canned drinks as well.

Good tasting sandwich but seemed light on the meat and cheese.

Not sure if I will return.“

“I usually visit this location quite often on weekends these days and thought of leaving a review as it deserves it. Whenever I go, if the lady in scarf is the one working she always greets very warmly and has an amazing positive energy. She has the best customer service skills with such a perfection in her sandwich artistry. Deserves an appreciation for sure.“

“Wow - what a pleasant dining option at the Memorial Union! It offers both made to order sandwiches and salads as well as grab and go items. I was totally impressed with the quinoa black salad I ordered for lunch - excellent mix of textures and the flavors of the components complimented each other. There are no tables at Carte to dine-in, but its not difficult to find a table elsewhere in the Union (Strada, the Rathskeller, the Terrace).“
