“Stopped in on 06/14/2024. There was a crew of 3 friendly guys working, around 4:30P.M. I placed my order, and received it within 20 SECONDS of swiping my card!! This was beyond freaky fast. Those gentlemen need to be recognized and appreciated for their excellent service!!“

“This was my first time ordering from this Jersey Mike's. I arrived on a busy Sunday around lunch time. I want to give a special shoutout to Sara who took and made my family's order. With a long line from a busy lunch rush Sara was flawless. Her fantastic attitude instantly improved my mood! She was talking, laughing and carrying on with customers while we waited and all the while diligently making multiple orders from memory . I have to say as a person who works in customer service myself (GM at a hotel group) this was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time even when faced with a large task of orders and quite a few people. “The manager was one of the nicest people I met while in Middleton, visiting the area for a high school hockey championship. I was immediately greeted, treated courteously and respectfully, and was overall very impressed! I know he was the manager as another individual came in to ask for a manager and he introduced himself as such. Plus, my sandwich was very good!“

“Stopped in here for the first time after an appointment for my daughter. She is on the spectrum and went straight for the cookies before we in. The cashier (very tall guy with shorter hair I wish I got his name) was SO polite about it and was very attentive to our order especially when it came to my kiddo. The food was great. They also gave us a side of just plain grilled chicken for her for under $2 no questions asked. Highly recommended in all areas.

Vegetarian options: Very good variety and quality of veg options.“

“This is a very good subway. The staff is excellent. The food is always fresh and you can either sit inside and or it’s quick if you want takeout.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking and there is handicap parking

Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly and they will find something they like to eat and it has comfortable seating. It’s very clean inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: You could park right in front there’s handicap parking and you can easily use a wheelchair“

“I stopped in on 8/3 and needed six foot-long subs made. The two people working did a fantastic job with my order, making everything "just right". When I got home later (I live out-of-town from there), I noticed they only charged me for five subs. When I called today to ask to pay for the sixth, the employee told me not to worry about it, as it was their mistake.
It was refreshing to be served by two teenagers who provided such great service at the store, and to be treated so well on the phone today.“

“Wow - what a pleasant dining option at the Memorial Union! It offers both made to order sandwiches and salads as well as grab and go items. I was totally impressed with the quinoa black salad I ordered for lunch - excellent mix of textures and the flavors of the components complimented each other. There are no tables at Carte to dine-in, but its not difficult to find a table elsewhere in the Union (Strada, the Rathskeller, the Terrace).“

“The subs here are good quality with a nice selection of meats and toppings. I'd say the quality is above Jimmy John's and Cousins (better bread, fresh meats, great ratio of filling to bread), but below Jersey Mike's (the meat isn't grilled and the bread selection isn't quite as good), and it's priced accordingly. This location is supremely fast, and the sub is almost always done before I finish filling my drink. The physical location is also prime, as it's located across the street from the university's two largest dorms and below many of the university's offices of employment. The restaurant has bar seating with a nice view of East Campus Mall. A great spot for a quick lunch or dinner.“

“I am a Veteran of the USAF, on Monday January 23rd, 2023 I had a medical procedure that required me to not eat anything the day prior, in fact I had nothing to eat since Saturday the 21st, so by 10am Monday I was pretty hungry, and I really wanted a Firehouse Hook and Ladder! Unfortunately when we got to the store we discovered they didn't open til 10:30! So I called them. a woman answered and after I explained our situation she said she absolutely would make some sandwiches for us, my wife and I. How's THAT for customer service!! “Ordered the Standard Platter for a birthday party on Sat July 13th. Along with the platter we ordered ONE Chocolate Chip Cookie the birthday boy wanted. Assuming the restaurant would forget to add in the cookie, I reminded my husband to ask for it. Of course he didnt remember and NO cookie was included with the order!!!
Couldnt make a 10 mile trip back for it and hardly worth a call to say you owe me next time Im in! I just wish these places could follow their orders better and complete them properly. This stuff happens to often lately!

“We had a large event ordering 20 boxes of the 30 mini Jimmy sandwiches split in two nearby locations (600 total sandwiches each wrapped on its own). Shawn was helpful in placing the order. The delivery was right on time to each location and orders were accurate and easily labeled- I missed the name of the delivery person but they were great! We ordered a box that had two types of “unwiches” for each location and the individual sandwiches had even been labeled. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to ordering from them in the future!“
