While I have worked the food industry myself for many years, I just can’t give this store more than two stars. Things are just so frequently inconsistent. I’ll get a notice for delayed delivery times and have the food arrive in 20 minutes one day, and then not get any warning on an order that takes them 2 hours to get delivered. I grew up in IL, so I'm fully on the JJ train.I'm still sad that the cut out the sprouts years ago, but this spot is everything you'd expect: fast and on-point.My only disappointments have been that they have run out of iced tea and the jalapeño chips on a couple of occasions. And since COVID, it seems like they never anticipate that anyone will actually sit down to eat (which I'm sure is often true). Interesting order! We ordered expecting the usual sub sandwiches but instead received normal bread sandwiches. They were delicious, but it was fairly confusing. Is this a WI thing or just this particular Jimmy John’s? They did have mine on whole wheat like I’d asked so that was a win, and they were tasty - just not your average Jimmy John’s.
