So I went inside let them know that these sandwiches were awlful old meat. They gave me two more sandwiches.I get out to my car look inside the packages. Blackened chicken and no pickles. I didn't order those. When I went in the third time I really wanted to throw them at someone. But slammed them onto the counter. I ordered 2 ones again. Someone else made them. I was to wait for fresh chicken. So sorry it was not fresh. I almost came by back in a 4th time but we are what we could and threw the rest away.My order number was 87. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the staff. But what really stood out to me was the general manager, who took the time to introduce himself and ask about my dining experience. He was extremely polite and made me feel like a valued customer. The manager also suggested the double beef sandwich, he advised that this sandwich was his favorite.“
“It's been awhile since I've eaten at a dairy Queen. This particular day a friend took me there because they say they have good cheese curds.They were pretty good I must say. I had cheese curds and a hot dog. The only downside was my packets of mustard was old. You can see through the clear backing that it was dry and brown.But the hot dog was good The curds were good and the blizzard didn't fall out of the cup when you turn it upside down ??“
“Two days ago, I had a less than ideal experience with this store. I ordered delivery. Not only did I not get the drink with my combo, but the driver left it outside my workplace for me to find, and did not come in the building. I only found out when a coworker found it outside and brought it to me.Now, the reason for my 5 star rating is this: I reached out to Jimmy John's about this experience, and the Area Manager for the Madison Jimmy John's location responded to me, apologized for the mistake, and offered me a free combo.I wasn't looking for free food (though I do appreciate it of course- who wouldn't). I'm also in customer service. I know mistakes get made and not everything has a happy ending, and I appreciate the quick response to me and the effort to make me a satisfied customer. I would whole heartedly recommend this location as well as Jimmy John's locations in Madison in general, now knowing that if a mistake does get made, they will take the time to make it right.“
“It's a subway. Everyone's had it before and it's routinely decent at least. Sometimes you don't get the ratios of toppings you want but this one has always gotten it right for me. I love a subway that has friendly people who know how to make a good sub. If you want a subway that doesn't skimp on your food, then this is the one for you“

“I grew up in IL, so I'm fully on the JJ train.I'm still sad that the cut out the sprouts years ago, but this spot is everything you'd expect: fast and on-point.My only disappointments have been that they have run out of iced tea and the jalapeño chips on a couple of occasions. And since COVID, it seems like they never anticipate that anyone will actually sit down to eat (which I'm sure is often true). There's sometimes things like napkin inventory out on the customer tables.Either way, go JJ!“

She was friendly, gave some suggestions for next time we visit, and even explained why she had to walk away from the window for a split second. Many places, including JM locations just like to slap the sandwich together quickly. She took the time to make sure it was well distributed and on the sandwich, best sub I've gotten from a JM to date.“
