Worst experience ever. First time I used the app during Covid to go pick up my food I got charged by the app and then when I got there to pick it up, was told the app didn't work so I needed to order and pay again. I GOT CHARGED TWICE. They never apologized and refused to refund my money. Only a credit "with my name in a notebook". Went back to use credit and they forgot things again.
