Horrible customer service, couldn't understand a lick of English, order was wrong after I told them 10 times want I wanted, then the order taker wanted to argue about the order. I will never go back!!!!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. It's difficult to actually put it into words, it's one of those 'you had to be there' situations. I'm not easily angered, but this experience was infuriating. At the drive through order board, the employee was extremely curt and rude and kept telling us to 'come around', even though we told him we had more things to order. Ordered 4 piece dinner this afternoon with cole slaw and mashed potatoes. When I got home mashed potatoes did not have any gravy, no Cole slaw at all!, no butter or honey packets for biscuit, so will not go to the Fitchburg KFC ever again. Poor service!
