If I could give negative stars, I would. It's difficult to actually put it into words, it's one of those 'you had to be there' situations. I'm not easily angered, but this experience was infuriating. At the drive through order board, the employee was extremely curt and rude and kept telling us to 'come around', even though we told him we had more things to order. Finally, out of frustration, we just pulled around to the window to complete the order, and he rudely said "what do you want" repeatedly, then kept acting like our order was complete. We got so frustrated and irritated, we pulled away and drove several miles to a different KFC! NEVER again. DO NOT GO HERE! Drive the extra ten minutes to another store.

Great food, I just didn’t appreciate the worker that was giving me my order, after she handed me my order I asked if they had any spicy sauce and they replied with “it’s kfc” in the worst attitude. She was giving me a face like I was stupid. It’s my third time at kfc. It was a simple question. (Fix that blush hunny)

I gotta say I was first of all shocked at the increase in there prices. The $5 fill up we use to get (4 chicken strips with a side, biscuit & drink) you could add a extra side for a $1 is NO MORE!!! My daughter & I each got the 4 chicken strips meal & she ordered a extra side the total was almost $30 are you kidding me???? Wonder all of them are closing with prices like that who can afford to go. I can't imagine what a bucket of chicken & a couple sides costs. I will say the service was excellent. Before I even put my card back in my purse & zipped it up they had our food for us. So atleast they have that going for them. This was the Fish Hatchery location.

I went in today and my gf immediately thought this was a trashy restaurant. I ordered 4 chicken wraps to try out their new flavors, (2for5 deal). The ads looked stunningly delicious and I actually was very excited to try them!Immediately, my girlfriend said she got bad vibes from the restaurant. The cashier in the drive thru barely spoke and we were both pretty sure that when I gave him my order, he replied a stern "No".My total came out to 17.82 which I didn't realize until I got the bag with the receipt, I thought the cashier said 10.82.Once I got my bag, I realized the mistake and asked why it was 17$, when it should have been 10$. He said he made a mistake and ordered 6 for me which I didn't want to make a scene at a restaurant so I was like "Oh, no problem, I'll just take the 6!"I get home and start taking the food out and realize he actually only did give me 4 wraps which is what I originally wanted, but got charged 17.82.This was pretty expensive for 4 very subpar and small wraps, the Mac and cheese wrap was completely falling apart, the coleslaw wrap was drenched in liquid, the original and honey BBQ were the decent wraps of the 4.This left a bad taste in my mouth. I hate food that I feel like I overpayed for, and even if I got charged the original 10 for 4, I feel like it was bad value for the money.

Took 30 minutes too long to leave with less than I ordered.Online order inexplicably failed, so food was not ready when I arrived. I ordered in person next, waited, waited extra long, got my order but missing a side and all the sauces. I give up on KFC.

Rude as hell. Didn’t even say hi. Rang me up for a combo meal when I didn’t even ask for it, then gave me major attitude when I corrected her. she never gave me a total, just grabbed my money and closed the window abruptly. Then when I asked how much it was because she only gave me coins back and she yelled at me “I TOLD YOU ID BE RIGHT BACK”If you’re that unhappy with you’re job, find something else and don’t take it out on paying customers. Who ever was working the drive through today at about 115-130pm needs a major attitude adjustment. People like that will drive your business to the ground.
