8 Best Chicken Restaurants in Madison

“Excellent chicken place! My kid loves their fried tenders.
I used to not like eating chicken tenders, however when I tried their chicken tenders which are awesomely fried (I love the mild to medium heat profile) and their sauce is top notch.
The chickens are halal as well!“

“This was the first time my husband and I went to this restaurant. What kind of sad that I had stopped in front of the window to ask you a question, and really felt like we were blown off. We both like the food we had for the first time. But it is not something that we will look for.“

“So friggin good 😋 that chicken sandwich, sauce and pickles are the best!! Loved the Mac n cheese and got donuts and a latte— Heaven! Classically preserved history of the North side, we appreciate you, thank you!“

“I was craving some great fried chicken. I found this on Google and thought I'd give them a try. I am very impressed! This chicken is outstanding. Really crispy. I was pleasantly surprised being that is attached to a gas station. The sides were good. The biscuits were very good. Very clean and nice inside which made me feel good about my decision. The gentleman at the counter was genuinely happy to see me and help me. I had a 1/2 hour drive to get home. I threw the food in a hot food bag and it was still great when I got home! It was a very good experience and some of the best chicken I've ever had! So happy I found Krispy Krunchy Chicken!“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“
