“Decided to try today with the kiddo. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We placed our order...16 oz. Oreo Cold Brew & 16 Oz. Chocolate Covered Strawberry. While the drinks were being made we walked around and checked out the decor inside. It was decorated cozy and the atmosphere was cozy and very welcoming. We got our drinks and they tasted exactly like flavors ordered and not watered down like other coffee shops. Definitely will be back. 10/10“

“Quiet little coffee shop right by West Town Mall. I had a croissant (made by Madison Sourdough) and a London Fog. Both were delicious! The staff members are all very warm and welcoming, and helped answer all my questions. The environment is ok. There are plenty of tables and free wifi so it's convenient to post up with a drink and get some work done. However, when I was here it was chilly (my guess would be around 60), and I had goosebumps under my sweater. This is totally personal preference, but I certainly like my cozy coffee shops to be a bit warmer. The furniture is well worn, but everything is useable and clean. I will most likely be making more trips back, but I'm not going to break my back rushing to do so.“

I got the pesto sandwich and they were super friendly and easily accommodated my dietary restrictions (no dairy/vegetarian) without any issues. The pesto is delicious and the sandwich wasn’t too heavy, perfect way to start off the day!“

Now when i say great truffles, im not exaggerating. Im not a cholate fan but my partner is. We've had truffles from all over the US and Europe. Madison Cholate Co. has some of the best! They don't look as fancy as some others but the flavors are wonderful.“

“I like MOKA. I mainly visit the East Towne Mall location because it's convenient for me. There is always going to be something bad and good about a coffee place. Prices are too high..a drink isn't made to my satisfaction..the Baristas are rude..etc. In my opinion if you are just going to complain about everything don't go out. Every coffee place does their best to interpret how specific someone wants their order to be. Every place does their best to be as pleasant as they can be given some of the rude customers that come through and do nothing but complain about this and that and take no accountability for maybe placing and order incorrectly and blame it elsewhere. Some of the stories I have heard about some customers makes me really wonder what world they live in by their actions. On the flip side I have heard stories of how staff can be towards customers. It works both ways. I purposefully visit the East Towne Mall location because I love the staff and their energy and personalities. All my visits are positive experiences. Love the drinks; especially the seasonal ones they come up with. Maybe once in a while a drink is off or not as I would like it but I am not a picky person and maybe it's just not my taste. I will drink it and tweak it next time or not order it. I have my go-to drinks that I really like and usually stick with. To me coffee is an art and everyone's is different; some alot more complicated than others but that's okay. To me the more complicated it is the more that can be off but to each their own. I love MOKA and especially this location. They try their best and have great personalities that make me want to visit their location. That is good enough for me.“

“First time at Twisted Grounds but right from the moment you walk in you know what kind of service you’re getting.

The employees were so sweet and kind and helped with any and all questions.
The atmosphere is really fun lots of windows and plants and a variety of seating like desks and tables for eating or studying tables for board games/chess and couches for chatting or reading.

As for the menu there is tons of coffee, tea, food and even some alcohol options. Along with a dietary restrictions key.

Service was quick and and will definitely be coming back here sometime soon.“

“The shop is adorable and has such a cozy atmosphere, it’s a great place to sit and get some work done.

The real highlight, though, is their chai. I’m a huge chai drinker, and their iced chai, the “Chai’d & True” is easily the best I’ve had in Madison. It’s always perfectly balanced and consistently delicious.

The food menu is pretty limited with a few pastries options and honestly they are hit or miss which is the only reason I can’t leave 5 stars. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a cute coffee shop with excellent chai.“

“I absolutely love Rotunda coffee and their private rooms that can be reserved for meetings. The staff is always pleasant, even though they are usually one person doing everything! - it's pretty amazing. The coffee is on point, and the teas. I love the affordable handmade earrings for sale! And the high ceilings but classic style of the space takes me out of Madison for a moment and makes this a perfect place to settle in when the days are short, it's cold, and the Midwest winter moves in.“

“I have only visited the Sun Prairie location since October 2023. My go-to is the breakfast sandwich and my son, who is very particular about his French Toast, says it's his absolute favorite. I'm not a coffee drinker but their Chai is my favorite when I'm out and about. Don't forget to ask for the cheesy potatoes!“

It is conveniently located within 2 blocks of Capitol Square and is attached to the adjacent hotel lounge area.The location is very spacious with plenty of seating and a large window. The store is very clean and the staff are excellent.I ordered a Paradise Drink but they ran out of pineapple bits. They asked if I would like dragon fruit or strawberries in it. It was so kind of them to still give me some dried fruit with the drink.The dragon fruit was scrumptious when paired with the pineapple and oatmilk mixture.“
