“We've been to Mexli a couple of times now and recommend it. The portions are ample, the staff is super friendly, and the food is good. The first time we went our server recommended the chilaquiles. I didn't get that, my husband did, and I wish I had! My huevos rancheros were good, but the chilaquiles were amazing! I got them on my second visit. I'm sorely tempted by the sweet breakfasts the next time we go.“

“We had the pleasure of having brunch at the Pink Flamingo Brunch Cafe on a Sunday, and we’re so glad we decided to give it a try. We weren’t completely sure what to expect based on the Google photos, but this place exceeded every expectation.

Our group of seven included five adults and two little ones (ages 4 and 1), and from the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. The young lady who greeted us was warm and friendly and had us seated right away. Our server, Kylee, was exceptional. What impressed me most was her attention to the needs of families with young children. She asked my daughter if she would prefer the kids’ drinks in plastic cups and later asked if plastic silverware would be easier for them as well. As a grandfather, I’ve always been used to having to ask for those accommodations, so it was refreshing that she thought of them before we did. Those small touches made us feel genuinely welcome.

Then the food arrived—wow! Everything looked fantastic and tasted even better. The presentation was beautiful, and every meal at the table was enjoyed. The standouts for us were the Lemon Kiss Pancakes and my son-in-law’s Shovel. Both were packed with incredible flavor and are dishes we’d happily order again.

The atmosphere was the perfect finishing touch. The name gives you an idea of the fun vibe, but the photos online really don’t do it justice. It’s bright, inviting, and exactly what you’d hope for in a brunch spot.

If you’re looking for outstanding food, exceptional service, and a family-friendly atmosphere, Pink Flamingo Brunch Cafe is absolutely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!“

“We went for brunch on Sat to celebrate mothers day and it was great. we has a 30 min wait because it was packed but worth it. we Sat outside and it was a beautiful day outside. our food was amazing delicious avocado toast and a b c Rita. WIL was our friendly waiter and he was awesome.“
