Excellent, personal customer service.Our church ended up discontinuing Gold Star Coffee due to our coffee drinkers moving to another location after our school was built. But, while, we had the service, we enjoyed excellent customer service from everyone at Gold Star, to include the day they came out to remove their items. Trent was so kind. I love Gold Star and all the folks I have worked with from Gold Star. We use Gold Star Coffee Service at my office. We have a plumbed double Bunn coffee brewer, as well as a commercial, plumbed Keurig. The rental of the equipment is FREE, and we just pay for the product we order. Hello! That is an amazing business model.
