I go here from time to time as I work close by. Only once did they screw up my order and when I took it back and politely asked them to make me the right order they did right away, apologized and gave me a coupon. I've dealt with multiple different employees and every one has been respectful. The only thing I don't like (and it has nothing to do with the employees) is the taco salad. I have to say I don't have much to complain about. The soda area and floor could use more cleaning attention. The bathroom definitely could be cleaned more regularly. The food was good and the doors are open at night to eat in. Overall seems like better training needed.
