Stopped in to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on the west side of Madison on my way through town instead of fretting about having to make dinner at home- Kameron behind the counter was super sweet, really fast at making my Tropical Dragon Passion Smoothie and very professional. “Quiet little coffee shop right by West Town Mall. I had a croissant (made by Madison Sourdough) and a London Fog. Both were delicious! The staff members are all very warm and welcoming, and helped answer all my questions. The environment is ok. There are plenty of tables and free wifi so it's convenient to post up with a drink and get some work done. However, when I was here it was chilly (my guess would be around 60), and I had goosebumps under my sweater. This is totally personal preference, but I certainly like my cozy coffee shops to be a bit warmer. The furniture is well worn, but everything is useable and clean. I will most likely be making more trips back, but I'm not going to break my back rushing to do so.“

“First time at Twisted Grounds but right from the moment you walk in you know what kind of service you’re getting.

The employees were so sweet and kind and helped with any and all questions.
The atmosphere is really fun lots of windows and plants and a variety of seating like desks and tables for eating or studying tables for board games/chess and couches for chatting or reading.

As for the menu there is tons of coffee, tea, food and even some alcohol options. Along with a dietary restrictions key.

“Genuinely this was such a good coffee experience. Normally when you get drive through coffee the beans taste burnt or the drink is just pure sugar, but I could actually taste everything. Real coffee and real actual flavor. Everyone was super kind too, such a good group working there.“
