Every time I go here people are nice. Food is excellent quality. Charmaine is always smiling and everyone is always so happy. Saw a little boy dancing to the music. It's just a happy place to go. You feel good going in and when you leave. My son took me for my Birthday. The chocolate malt is the best I have had since I was a little girl at the malt shop at Wilz drug in Portage Wisconsin. Lived in Chicago years ago and went to Portillos often. I was so glad to see a couple open in Madison. Burgers are good. Italian Beef is fantastic. I like everything I've tried there. Highly recommend for Chicago style Street food.
