One of the few to - actually- support table service in the app, rather than shouting your name. Food was great too.

I come here quite often and I find all of the staff to be very nice. The manager, Pedro, is always very helpful. The restaurant is kept very clean and having a play place is a bonus. I would highly recommend, especially the double quarter pounder; it's always fresh and hot.
All McD food is the same on some level and this location is that, just the same ...
But what is 5 star about this one is the speed, quality, and vibe of the people who work here. Pedro the manager is super busy but still always has time to be pleasant for his free half a second! The dining room and playplace get a lot of attention by the cleaners too. Hands down my favorite location in Dane county.

McDonald's offers a kid-friendly environment with an indoor playground and a scenic spot overlooking a pond. The menu clearly labels dietary restrictions, and they provide a printout with calorie information. Parking is ample, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Food options include fries, and the atmosphere is decent, although service can be lacking. The staff at this location are truly one of a kind, providing outstanding customer service with warm friendliness. The food is consistently tasty and served quickly, and the team is always helpful and polite. Visitors note that service is always fast and the food comes out exactly as ordered, making it a reliable spot. However, on some days, customers recommend checking your order to ensure accuracy and using the app for coupons and deals. The environment is casual, and the indoor playground is great for kids to enjoy, with some visitors experiencing the staff being accommodating and friendly, even allowing kids to play during off-hours. Overall, this McDonald's maintains a consistent atmosphere and provides a convenient place for families to gather and enjoy a meal.
