I asked not once but 2x for extra crispy fries (only item in my order). They gave me soggy fries both times after I sent them back in the drive-thru. It’s pretty crazy how they are more willing to lose hundreds of dollars by me going elsewhere instead of getting me fresh fries.

The McDonald's location is decent, very clean, and suitable for kids to play, but their food service is lacking. I wasn't impressed with their service; for instance, when I requested ice cream, they initially claimed the machine wasn't working, but then offered to substitute it with apple pie or cookies.

I recently visited McDonald's on Thursday 4/4/24 night around 10:30pm and was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the night shift manager. The manager's attitude was completely unacceptable. When I politely asked about an order mistake, the manager was dismissive and extremely rude. Instead of trying to solve things professionally he was extremely disrespectful. I had asked why there wasn’t any cheese on my CHEESEburger and he said I had ordered a hamburger so then I apologized and asked for sauce. He then took me to the register, charges me 1.50 for 3 sauces. And makes me wait 10 minutes to receive my sauce. He said, “ I put in your order for your sauce, you must wait until we get to your order” when the sauce was literally in front of him.I then asked him if he could just give it to me since it’s literally right there, in front of him. He then raises his voice and yells at me to wait. I then kindly ask a worker if she could just give me my sauce. She then apologizes for the inconvenience and reaches for the sauce until the manager walks up to her and grabs her arm forcefully and says “ no let him wait” then she apologizes to me in Spanish saying “ I’m sorry I don’t know why he’s being so disrespectful, I don’t want to get in trouble just wait until he leaves and I’ll give you your sauce”I then got really mad but decided to stay calm and I kindly ask him for his name. I literally said, “ what’s your name, I’m leaving a review on how you treated me and my friends tonight” and he did not provide me with his name and just says “ have a good day” I repeated myself twice. And he did not respond back. I had paid 40 dollars hoping to have a good meal after hanging out with my friends. And this manager completely ruined the vibe.I expect better treatment from McDonald's staff, especially from those in managerial positions. How is it possible for a person like this to be a manager. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder to the management team to prioritize customer satisfaction and train their staff accordingly.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. I only received one patty. On top of that, they gave me the correct box for the burger. I called and had to leave a message. This is just insane. The West side restaurants do this all the time. One needs to check the order when they get it. I just cannot believe they had the correct box but the wrong burger. I wonder if the problem is a language barrier?

Joseph Lockman, The manager on duty, has piss poor customer service skills. And should be demoted immediately. He seemed bothered to take my order, and when i asked for fresh fries, he kept repeating “anything else” then still proceeded to give me luke warm fries. He then refused to give me a receipt saying “you got what you paid for, get out of my line” i ended up taking the food indside and going home out of my money and hungry because he refused to give me a refund. This McDonald’s will never see another dollar of mine. I knew i should’ve went to Burger King.

Very uncomfortable ? wait. The service was horrible and slow.My order took 14 minutes to get to the counter for pick up.During my wait two customer came in from having gone through the drive through I believe, both were unhappy with what they had been given at the drive through window.

Very busy place, but it's a McD's. What else can I say. Very consistant through various locations. At the very least you know what to expect.

Manager remade order after we didn’t pick up right away. Was very friendly. The daytime manager is much nicer than nighttime manager who is always annoyed, and sometimes rude.
