Had a bad experience today, I ordered through the app since I usually do that because my job is close. When I walked in, I kindly asked if they could hand me a bag because I had ordered plenty of things and had a hard time carrying them . Then, a lady rudely tells me in a really loud voice, "I don't have one!" The other employees just looked and didn't bother to help. They deleted most of the wall seating at this store. The coffee is ok. The cost is to high, $8.02 for a small black coffee and Chocolate Croissant. There are plenty of coffee shops with better prices on the Westside of Madison, I recommend Barriques in Middletown or Old Sauk location..
