In food service we know to never place the palm of your hand on the top of a cup or glass for obvious reasons. It’s gross and spreads germs. This place does this repeatedly and when I asked if they could please hold it in the middle I was glared at and on my next visit they did it again. I can over pay for my coffee elsewhere.

Had a bad experience today, I ordered through the app since I usually do that because my job is close. When I walked in, I kindly asked if they could hand me a bag because I had ordered plenty of things and had a hard time carrying them . Then, a lady rudely tells me in a really loud voice, "I don't have one!" The other employees just looked and didn't bother to help. I left the place in tears, and now my day is ruined.I understand if workers are having a bad day, but don't take it out on paying customers. Might not return to this location now. Thanks a lot

They deleted most of the wall seating at this store. The coffee is ok. The cost is to high, $8.02 for a small black coffee and Chocolate Croissant. There are plenty of coffee shops with better prices on the Westside of Madison, I recommend Barriques in Middletown or Old Sauk location..

Both the mocha and macchiato (drive thru) lacked any sort of coffee taste, seemed watered down and tasted more like a hot chocolate and a milky caramel drink. Big bummer. They didn’t have any of the spinach feta wrap but our 2nd choice breakfast sandwich was good. Service was ok.

Coffee was good. Staff friendly and efficient. Busy time at 9:15am in Tuesday. A short wait for my coffee. There were a lot of online orders with people picking them up, even though the physical store did not look busy. Also a continuous line in the drive thru.

Why oh why do I still come here. It's in a reasonable location, but that is about all it has going for it. In recent months, it has not been open when it was supposed to be due to staffing (still got charged for me order), been out of dark roast for an online order and instead of using the 10 minute pick up window to make some or do a pour over, I was greeted with an empty cup with my name on it and a sassy barista who guilted me into taking a different brew. But yesterday, I was given a sandwich with meat instead of the vegetarian option I paid extra for. Super upsetting for me, as I didn't notice the error until I went to eat it 20 mins later. Sigh. So much potential here, but they always fall short. Atleast do yourself a favor and do not get trapped in the drive through. It will take far longer than reasonable, and there is no escape.

We sat in line in the drive-thru for an hour and fifteen minutes!! I was tempted to jump the curb and drive down the hill out into the busy street. When we finally got our order (which we pre-ordered on line to save time ???), the food was wrong.
