Indie Coffee is a great spot to grab a drink or bite before a show at the Annex, located just across the street. This small, local coffee shop has lots of specialty drinks and flavored syrups, including the amazing lavender honey latte and cardamom lattes. The homemade peanut butter cookies and the peach/pear/apricot smoothie are to die for. Try their food, like the chocolate chocolate chip waffle and focaccia melt, which are delicious and fantastic. Seating can be limited and it can get loud, but the staff is super friendly. There is outdoor seating during the summertime to enjoy its quaint ambience.
