“two days before visiting this starbucks my house lit on fire one of the baristas (Bri) went in to save my burning puppy, imagine my surprise when i saw her making my coffee. i tried to tip her $50 but she told me to give it to charity instead. not to mention she is incredibly beautiful!! Ebony, Emiy and mara were great too!!!“

Employees are friendly.
Restrooms are somewhat clean.
The lobby and seating area are somewhat clean.
The food is good in taste,quality and temperature.“

“I got the cinnamon roll was very tasty! But if looking for croissants I’d recommend going after 10 am I was really looking forward to it but after waiting still wasn’t available and was told about 30 mins when I got there ! But it’s a very quiet place for those who want coffee, good grilled cheese as I overheard costumers talking about how good their sandwich was!“

“I love the breakfast here. I was some what disappointed with our service today though. The young lady that helped us didn't serve our drinks until after she had brought our food out. By the time she made our drinks our food was cold. Usually we have excellent service. I hope this was just an off day.“

“Pulled off the highway during a road trip and randomly came across MOKA, so thankful we did! Coffee was perfect, breakfast sandwich was delicious, and the kids smoothies were the best (according to the kids). Customer service was exceptional and wait time was so much better than Starbucks, 7 Brew, etc. Highly recommend!“

“Ordered my drink online and it was seamless and quick. I pulled up to the window almost immediately after ordering. The barista got to working on my order and was done in less than 3 minutes. She presents me with the most perfect ube latte. I forgot to get her name but I really appreciate her making it correctly.“

“We stopped here after leaving the hardware store. I love the fact that they come out and talk to you so that you don't have to yell into an intercom. Our waitress was super nice and got everything pretty quick too. I ended up giving her a good tip. It was my mom's first time here and she ended up really liking it. I was quite happy. I've been a huge fan of mocha for almost a decade now.“

“The lady said that she is 80 years old but she looks about 60 to me. She is super friendly and prepared a cup of ginseng tea with other herb to me, during the time she introduced ginseng products to me. There are many different kinds of ginseng products including completed root. I only brought 10 bags of 8 oz ginseng small root. Recommended“

“I haven’t been to a Caribou Coffee since high school, and gosh, I was reminded today why I missed it so much after they closed down my local shop.

Their coffee has always been good and the vibe of this cafe in particular is excellent. You can tell that they want to invite people to come in and stay a while (unlike some other coffee chains that shall remain nameless *cough cough*)

When I came in on this particular Thursday morning, almost everyone had laptops, some even dual-screening it, so they obviously feel comfortable getting serious work done here. That’s the exact kind of place and vibe I’m looking for. 🥰

I’m up in the Madison/Sun Prairie area quite a bit these days and look forward to making this my new go-to spot for coffee when I’m up here.“

“PJ is the man!! I ordered a large apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso, wrap and sandwich at approximately 5:30PM. The line was long and continued to be for another 40+ minutes. PJ and his coworker did a wonderful job keeping up with the orders.. I sat on my phone while enjoying my drink and food while also watching PJ in awe. I felt so bad for how busy he was.. it does not seem easy at all to accommodate so many people and orders! Wanted to give a shoutout to these 2 especially PJ! Thank you for your SPECTACULAR service.“
