Then after talking to Kyle, we realized he was the actual owner and I highly recommend you go see him. He deserves the business as a caring, respectful business owner. “Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“

“First time trying Culver’s, and if you’re traveling through an area that has one, I’d honestly recommend stopping at least once to try it out. It definitely feels a bit different from the typical fast-food experience, with a much larger variety of burgers, sides, desserts, and frozen treats available.

My spouse and I tried the Swiss Melt along with their limited-time burger offering. Taste-wise, both burgers were actually pretty good. I’d personally rate them around a 7.5/10 for flavor. The only downside was presentation. When the food came out, it honestly did not look very appetizing visually, probably closer to a 4/10 on appearance.

The fries were also extremely salty, so if you’re watching your sodium intake, that’s something to keep in mind.

Now for the highlight: the desserts. I had the salted caramel milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious. Easily the best part of the meal and something I would definitely order again. Their frozen dessert menu alone is worth checking out.

The restaurant was very busy, which usually says a lot about local popularity, and service moved along well despite the crowd. Overall, a solid experience and a fun stop if you’ve never tried Culver’s before.“

“The food it's not good at all and for rated food a 2 star. I go for the ice cream which is 🔥. Super delicious specially their Turtle ice cream. The service is always great and fast. Atmosphere is chill and cute area to have a seat and enjoy your ice cream while having a conversation.“

“I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos .

“We stopped at this Madison WI Culvers on our way to Rockford today and our 16mo made friends walking around the restaurant after we ate. The manager was so nice to her, gave her 2 stuffies and meal cards for our next stop through! Thanks, Ana! We'll see you again in a few weeks. :)“

“A very modern looking interior, with plenty of seating for its amount of diners. Atmosphere seems cold and not welcoming. The food is as expected and the workers are polite and attentive. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

Two burgers, a shared large fries and a couple of fountain drinks will keep us satisfied for the rest of the day.

Service: I talked to one of the employees. He was very nice to me! It was my first time at any Popeyes and he thought that was so nice!

“Parking lot and building was clean. Food looked good I got a butter burger w/ lettuce, mustard and pickle. Also, a cooler with mango and strawberry. The burger was good it just had lettuce on it that was slimy mixed with some good crunchy pieces“

“Ok so I went into arbys with the familiar dread ones gets from a fast food place an hour before closing. I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.“

Unfortunately was unable able to try many items other than the corn dog bites I only asked for 5 but was given 10 since the place was about to close for the night. The employee who attended me on 6/13/26 was very friendly and appreciative.

“Sadly, this particular Culver’s either changed their fish fry breading recipe or they don’t fry it correctly. The last 2 fish fries I purchased tasted terrible.“

“We came in and ordered and there was something wrong with the order- we tried calling back a few times but the line kept saying busy (later found out there’s an issue with their phone) so we drove back. It’s been a long weekend and honestly we were upset when we came in but the manager on shift (not sure her name I wish I caught it) was fantastic. I’ve worked food service for a long time and the way she handled the situation and corrected everything was like watching a training video she was so sweet, calm, and helpful. The second he walked out of that kitchen, I swear the restaurant lighting got better. The confidence? Radiant. The energy? Sparkling. The customer service? Absolutely giving.

When he handed me my pizza, it wasn’t a transaction—it was a performance. A masterclass. A cultural reset. The cheese was cheesing, the crust was crusting, and Joe was absolutely thriving.

I’ve seen celebrities with less presence. I’ve attended events with less production value. Meanwhile Joe was out here making sure every customer felt seen, appreciated, and emotionally nourished.

By the end of my visit, I wasn’t asking for extra parmesan. I was asking myself if I had witnessed greatness.

Pizza Hut needs to protect Joe at all costs. Put him in the company museum. Put him on a billboard. Put him in charge of world peace.

“Great classic Wisconsin custard stand food made fresh. Very consistent from location ro location. We like curdside delivery. Just pull into one of the labeled parking spots, download and order from the app, and in a few minutes they march the food right out to your car.“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

“Easily some of the best food I've had, I live an hour and a half away and still recommend this place to friends for top tier Asian food. My go to is katos chicken, sesame chicken, and Cajun fries, these fries are so good. And it's cheap as well so another plus.“

I was also planning on buying a drink and she finished the transaction without a single word spoken to me. I cant give it a bad rating because the rest of the staff was nice and the food is great. I just wish I wasnt practically forced away and ultimately you lost money on a potential add on sale.“
