“Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“

“This is one of the best Culver’s in Wisconsin! Excellent food every time, hot and fresh and delivered quickly and with a smile. Drive through moved quickly and I enjoy the outdoor patio seating. Employees are helpful when ordering and the two times in 5 years I’ve had a mistake in my order, it was corrected quickly and apologetically. So fast I was apologizing for receiving the wrong item haha!

Never thought I’d write a review for a Culver’s but I do truly believe if you’re choosing where to stop—this is one of the best! The team here is on their game and looks like they have fun working together.“

“I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos .

“A very modern looking interior, with plenty of seating for its amount of diners. Atmosphere seems cold and not welcoming. The food is as expected and the workers are polite and attentive. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“Terrific frozen custard spot conveniently located right on the C bus line. The service is always fast and friendly, and the food comes out quickly whether you order at the counter or use one of the kiosks. They offer a wide range of rotating custard flavors, so there’s usually something new to try, and the food is solid too—great for a quick bite or casual stop-in. It’s a little on the pricey side, but the recent renovation makes the space feel much nicer and more comfortable. Definitely a reliable go-to for frozen custard lovers.“

Kid-friendliness: There's nice tables to eat ice cream outside and plenty of space on the inside

Wheelchair accessibility: Should be able to roll right on in for a burger and fries and Frozen Custard too.“

“I had just got off work & stopped by Culver’s on my way home to get something to-go. I was putting stuff away in my backpack & Lynette was incredibly nice & told me I could’ve did that on the counter instead of the floor. I was about to leave without a frozen custard, but she reminded me & offered to make me one fresh rather than me getting it out the freezer since she said they’ve been there from the time she made them at 9am. The custard tasted great along with the rest of my food“

“Culver's. We enjoy it. It's fast. More clean than a fast food place... Even though it's technically fast food as well. This place was generally the same.

Temp was set a bit cool for mid May. But if that's our biggest beef, they did a pretty good job“

“I am not a regular customer of this establishment, but normally received decent service when I do order until today. I always get the same thing and don't necessarily stray away from my normal order when I do come here. I would order a 6 piece chicken/6 piece fish combo which comes with fries and drink and add our own condiments. The meal normally comes out to $21.99 and with taxes $23.20. But I was charged $25 and some change. The price didn't sounded right and asked for a breakdown in charges. The cashier proceed to show me the cash register to demonstrate no errors occurred. But it shows the original amount of $23.20 (normal price with taxes as original stated). The cashier claim that price shown is the price only for the chicken, then proceeded in trying to convince me that because I wanted a combo meal (fries and drink) that an additional $2.00 will be added. I needed to double check my transaction history and statement to reconfirm the details, where I confirmed that I paid $23.50 in the past. I do not like shady business practices in which businesses are taking advantage and over charging minorities who are primarily black customers because these types of restaurants are in black communities. I noticed that recently received PPP with an upward of $9500 for their business. If you choose to continue going to this place, please get a receipt and ask questions and advocate for yourself. It isn't right when minorities have been heavy impacted by the pandemic with health and financially.“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

Their are amazing, delicious and they are always kind 😊 if you need samples they will give you samples so you know what you're going to eat. Great customer service! Great food, my veggies always fresh and crunchy, food always hot and delicious 🤤 😋! Staff amazing and friendly! My meal is always half and half,( rice & noodles), yummy chicken and Kato's chicken!!! With an egg roll they are always fresh and delicious too!

“I want to say a big thank you to the staff at Qdoba Mexican Eats on East Towne Boulevard in Madison, Wisconsin. I normally buy food here and the staff are always very friendly, but I especially want to give a big thank you to Victor.

I came in to buy food, and when I went back to my car, it wouldn’t start. I went back inside to see if someone could help me jump-start it. Victor kindly came out to help, but the car still wouldn’t start.

Even though he was on his break, he was kind enough to drive me in his own car to the nearest O’Reilly Auto Parts so I could get a new battery, and he even helped me install it.

Victor is an amazing person, very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. He truly went above and beyond to help me, and I’m very grateful. Thank you again, Victor, for your kindness and for going out of your way to help me.“
