“Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“

The Harvest Veggie Burger lives up to the hype and is the best fast food veggie burger I've had. They have a huge parking lot with plenty of spaces and the dining area inside is pretty clean too.

I visited on Saturday night 8/17/2024 11pm... inside...I love the kiosk so you can take ur time and order...also allows the AWESOME CREW TO KEEP WORKING TOGETHER TO GET FOOD OUT FAST ..I walked I hello to the driver thru person she didn't say nothing but hold ill get someone, well I just turned around and saw the kiosks was still open so I started my order guy came up to take my order but I told him it's ok I love the kiosk so that free up a person from the front counter and y'all can keep putting out orders fast.... clean restrooms and clean store“

“One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“A very modern looking interior, with plenty of seating for its amount of diners. Atmosphere seems cold and not welcoming. The food is as expected and the workers are polite and attentive. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.“

“I went in this afternoon just for a chili dog with only onions and chili, the food was so fantastic I came back and ordered two more, cheese curds,tenders & a root beer! This is the best food ever! Great job A& W Deforest. I will continue to eat here and spread the word!“

“I work in an office and we ordered to-go for several staff members. They called our office and assisted us to change the order to a catering order to make the price cheaper. He spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with me making sure our order was correct and going to save us money. Once I arrived at the store, they were finishing my order and they HELPED!! me to fill up my drinks and bring all the boxes to my car. This store is extremely kind, helpful and caring towards their customers. I highly recommend catering orders through 5 guys as this was their first and they did a wonderful job.“

“Hands down, the best Jersey Mikes location I’ve been to. Staff is awesome! They always appear to be happy/positive. The manager of this location is doing a FANTASTIC job! She greets everyone with a smile and cheerful demeanor. Not to mention the sandwiches! Maybe it’s the positive experience they deliver each time we order, but I swear their subs taste better/cleaner than any other J-Mikes I’ve been to.

My co-worker and I have been ordering lunch from this location on a weekly basis for the last 6 months! He has been coming here for years now. He actually brought me here for my first sub from this place. I was going to the Washington Ave location - - only been back twice since; both were terrible experiences. Staff there is a joke/clearly do the bare minimum.“

“We used the driver at this location around noon in July of '24. The line was fast moving, the person taking our order was attentive and cheerful over the speaker, and the person working the window was helpful in how they have over the items we had purchased. It was a perfect drive through experience at the Culver's location on Cottage Grove Road, in Madison Wisconsin.“

“Culver’s never disappoints unlike McDonald's. The moment I swallow a bite of a McDonald's burger my stomach starts grumbling. Culver's burgers taste more natural and their selection of fountain drinks is way better and they have a better menu overall.

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

“Simply put, the best fish fry around. We ate early for a Friday 5:00 ish.

The fish was not greasy from the deep fry, and the oil wasn't nasty brown that ruins the flavor, I believe the oil was fresh.

The fish is ridiculously priced, but you decide if it's worth the price.

I had 4 pieces of fish- fish dinner 1 piece added, 2 scoops of the day, and 1 concrete mixer. $34.00.“

“Both employees working at this Subway location were engaging, friendly and pleasant. The conversation never felt forced while they prepared orders and they made a point to greet each customer with a smile and an attempt at lighthearted chit chat. The sandwich preparation was well-done and the service was very quick. Great location for a quick bite!

“Qdoba makes ordering online easy. Their salads are large, filling, and delicious! The pick up process inside could use improvement. Since the food is behind the counter, you either have to wait in line with others who have yet to order or awkwardly "budge" in line to ask for your food.“

“I ordered 6 large pizzas, 3 different kinds, 2 different crusts, 2 hours in advance for the local VFW post meeting. Everything was delivered right on time, hot and cooked perfectly. Our Veterans were very happy and I cannot thank our local Pizza Hut enough. An outstanding job.“

“You can usually count on Culver's and the worst I can say is that I got a burger quickly thrown together, barely wrapped, with the wrong add-on during a snow storm once. The fact that people showed up to work and there were still a fair amount of customers says something. The service is spotty, people often complain about the parking lots and I don't care for the atmosohere inside, but it could depend on where you go and how young you are.“

“Dairy Queen! I love your ice cream and it makes me personally happy to see that you’re employing teenage kids! In looking at the previous reviews, It is a bit shocking to me how many people come here to complain about service. Good grief! I hope they at least ask for a bit more of something (more carmel or strawberry juice- whatever) instead of coming here to complain. Nevertheless, always grateful for ice cream and Orange Julius in the heat of summer. It’s always tasty! Plus, it makes me smile and so happy to see all the young people you employ! It’s really a blessing to this community and hope the negativity does not win! Blessings to all (especially the complainers-they certainly need it)!
