“Kyle, who took our order, was very kind and so pleasant. He gave us plenty of time to decide on our order and had a lot of patience. My thought was that he really enjoyed his job. Then after talking to Kyle, we realized he was the actual owner and I highly recommend you go see him. He deserves the business as a caring, respectful business owner. “Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“

We were both stuffed.
If you need a gyro fix and don't want to go uptown in Madison you shouldn't compare.
Ethnically speaking, the sauce isn't as good here but otherwise it's the same.
Take it home to enjoy.
There isn't much of a dine in place and you may be subject to an overactive youngster being quite inappropriate here.
Plus, $3 20 oz sodas are ridiculous.“

They forgot to give us chocolate milk for my daughter, but as soon as we let them know, an employee very quickly brought us one and apologized for the inconvenience. “One name, Gary. Gary was the gentleman that took my order and the counter along with about 5 other customers during my duration of waiting for my food. Gary was the nicest person I have ever encountered while ordering food. Gary went above and beyond with each customer including myself to make each transaction personable. It was a Thursday evening and fairly busy inside and out. Gary greeted each customer with a friendly face and would take it upon himself to take something off someone’s shirt or something they were wearing to start up a conversation. One particular customer was an elderly woman and her middle age son who was mentally challenged. She approached the counter alone but Gary asked for her son to come up too and to not be afraid that he wouldn’t hurt him. Carried on a conversation with him and his mother asking his name and just being in the moment with him while they placed their order that evening. You don’t see people like Gary often enough anymore in the world and it really touched my heart on how he interacted with every person that came to his register as of each person was special in their own way. I’m not one to come inside and order and wait for my food or to take time to do surveys, but this interaction is one I will not forget. We need more people like Gary. I tried doing this on the Survey but it limited me on Characters I could use. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Thank you“

“I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos .
Having not been there for a while I had no idea what I should try . I chose the Nacho Grande . I
The Nachos were as good as any restaurant I had been to . It really hit the spot . Definitely a Great Value .“

“Stopped here with a friend on a road trip through Wisconsin—we didn't have plans in Madison but I wanted an ice cream break, LOL. I usually get a cup but the smell of freshly made waffle cones was too tempting! I don't usually get vanilla but I'm glad I did this time. We went inside only to use the bathroom; the dining room is cute.“

“We came in and ordered and there was something wrong with the order- we tried calling back a few times but the line kept saying busy (later found out there’s an issue with their phone) so we drove back. It’s been a long weekend and honestly we were upset when we came in but the manager on shift (not sure her name I wish I caught it) was fantastic. I’ve worked food service for a long time and the way she handled the situation and corrected everything was like watching a training video she was so sweet, calm, and helpful. “A very modern looking interior, with plenty of seating for its amount of diners. Atmosphere seems cold and not welcoming. The food is as expected and the workers are polite and attentive. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.“

“I wanted to recognize Will for great customer service. When I went through the drive-thru, he accidentally forgot to hand me my ice cream cone at the payment window. Instead of waiting until my food was ready or hoping I wouldn't notice, he actually ran outside to bring me my cone while I was waiting.
As he handed it to me, he noticed it had started dripping. He immediately ran back inside, grabbed some napkins, and then ran back out to make sure I had them before I left. It was such a small gesture, but it really stood out to me. He could have easily handed me the cone and walked away, but he took the extra step to make sure I wasn't stuck with a melting, messy ice cream cone. Thanks, Will!“

The second he walked out of that kitchen, I swear the restaurant lighting got better. The confidence? Radiant. The energy? Sparkling. The customer service? Absolutely giving.

When he handed me my pizza, it wasn’t a transaction—it was a performance. A masterclass. A cultural reset. The cheese was cheesing, the crust was crusting, and Joe was absolutely thriving.

I’ve seen celebrities with less presence. I’ve attended events with less production value. Meanwhile Joe was out here making sure every customer felt seen, appreciated, and emotionally nourished.

By the end of my visit, I wasn’t asking for extra parmesan. I was asking myself if I had witnessed greatness.

Pizza Hut needs to protect Joe at all costs. Put him in the company museum. Put him on a billboard. Put him in charge of world peace.

“Very good food..but several times my order arrives with missing pieces and once only half of the order arrived... when I make the claims they promise to return the difference in money to the same card/account in 15 or 20 days and the refund never arrives“

“Great classic Wisconsin custard stand food made fresh. Very consistent from location ro location. We like curdside delivery. Just pull into one of the labeled parking spots, download and order from the app, and in a few minutes they march the food right out to your car.“

“The food is always good here. What I find quite curious is portions are often different depending on who the cook is. Once I had gotten a slider and gyro and it was just enough. This time I ordered two gyros and they were nearly double the size of the last time and I was able to cut the second one in half with a knife and share it.
The Staff is always friendly and often with fast food that can be a real chore for some. Definitely give this location a couple tries.
Their only fault is they often don’t have ALL the meats, this location doesn’t have burgers. I can imagine if they did they would excell beyond their competitors burgers!

“Ok so I went into arbys with the familiar dread ones gets from a fast food place an hour before closing. I was shocked, the two young men behind the counter were polite, personable and they actually were working hard. Their manager had bailed so they stepped up and the place was clean, the food fresh, and while eating I never saw these two young men stop working cleaning, and checking on customers. The owner of this store needs to promote or reward those two.“

“I’m rating today 5 stars. Now it’s not always this way, however the boy working today deserves a raise. My royal ultimate choco brownie blizzard was the best thing i’ve ever had. He loaded that thing up. It made my day. His customer service…not great but he’s got free pass due to the quality of this blizzard.“

“A&W combined with Rocky Rococo's pizza. Plenty of seating, but they are ancient and not very comfortable. Service on the slow side for a Friday and not that many people in line. Friendly staff. The overall has station is being renovated so maybe they will buy some new benches with functional springs.“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

“Pizza is good as all food goes, and the service is really good. I ordered a pizza and it showed up in around 15 minutes. Always a great option for a party. The desserts are to die for, and they always are concistant with their orders bringing the food in good shape. The staff is kind, and they apologize if they run late. I usually pick this option for convenience and comfort. Nobody outpizzas the hut, and they are true.“

“I usually visit this location quite often on weekends these days and thought of leaving a review as it deserves it. Whenever I go, if the lady in scarf is the one working she always greets very warmly and has an amazing positive energy. “My grandmother mailed me a newspaper article about the longest German word and asked me to call her and read it to her. And this Dairy Queen put it on a cake for me! I was so happy.
The staff was also very knowledgeable about which frosting colors and mix-ins were gluten free and made the perfect custom cake in the agreed timeframe.
I was missing my grandma and I’m a generally silly person and these folks made the absolute perfect cake. Thank you!!“

“I recently gave Jimmy John’s a try for the first time and the sandwich that I ordered was very good.
I visited this location on 4/26/26 to try the Little John #4 the sandwich was prepared very well + I enjoyed the fresh bread and fresh veggies.I also gave the brownie a try which was also good.Employees were friendly.

This location is kind of small from the interior since it’s between other businesses there is some tables available but it’s best just to take it for carryout.
This location is conveniently located along State St.
Will definitely have to try other variety of other sandwiches available here.

“I've loved this peak of mall food location for my whole life, and lemme tell ya pal, these guys are great. Multiple times I would go there in my usual comfy attire. Third eye, goth dress, cat ears and tail, just my everyday. And I was treated with up most respect and kindness like every other customer. No weird glances or comments at all! Those are the things I'd get in a Walmart, but not Auntie Anne's.

They got my back with their fantastic pretzel dogs. They're always hot and ready, almost like it was just for me. But oh ho ho, get ready for this, if you haven't had a strawberry smoothie from here? Gaw I can't tell you in perfect words just how wondrous my first one was. I just had a food-gasm about it frankly. You should get one if you love a tasty cold fruity drink.

The photo is from just last week when I was enjoying a lovely picnic with a pal of mine. However, side story, the mall security seemed to not like the idea. Allow me to vent/explain;

Mall security walked up to us within ten minutes or so and said that we had to keep shoes on and could only eat in the food court. We weren't being loud or messy, we were on the carpeted resting area on top of my blanket, we kept the food close to us so it wouldn't get on the floor. Tbh the only thing they should've reasonably held us for was the fact that I was sort of in the way of one of the benches. But that's it. Plus, I have sensory issues as an autistic customer so eating where all the noise and heat was wouldn't have worked for me.

Needless to say, we chose to eat our yummy food outside the mall after that. Didn't wanna cause trouble with the rules as I really like this Auntie Anne's location.
