“This was my first time ordering from this Jersey Mike's. I arrived on a busy Sunday around lunch time. I want to give a special shoutout to Sara who took and made my family's order. With a long line from a busy lunch rush Sara was flawless. Her fantastic attitude instantly improved my mood! She was talking, laughing and carrying on with customers while we waited and all the while diligently making multiple orders from memory . I have to say as a person who works in customer service myself (GM at a hotel group) this was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time even when faced with a large task of orders and quite a few people. Sara you keep rocking that awesome outlook on life, I want you to know it certainly did not go unnoticed!! This location is lucky to have Sara and because of her I will certainly be back. Thank you for the warm smile and good laughs Sunday, your customer service really stuck with me and I believe it should be recognized. If I could give you an award I would!“

“It's a subway. Everyone's had it before and it's routinely decent at least. Sometimes you don't get the ratios of toppings you want but this one has always gotten it right for me. I love a subway that has friendly people who know how to make a good sub. If you want a subway that doesn't skimp on your food, then this is the one for you“

“Chebs Hut in three ( 3 ) blunts. White Widow - all the flavors and textures especially with garlic bread, just an amazing sandwich! Magic Mushroom - yo, portobello and Asian flavors on that garlic bread, hell yeah!! Dank - pizza sub. Perfect cheese n pepperoni, lots but so yummy and perfect! The employees were super friendly and conversing with everyone while they assembled sandwiches. Restrooms and tables were clean. The best experience you could ask for from a chain sandwich shop!“

“I love Milio's but twice in the past month I got my sandwich at an off time (not a dinner hour)- like 3:30 or 4:00 pm. Was hardly worth eating. The bread was old, crusty and stale. Won't do that again. Otherwise the service has always been exceptional.“

Parking is available near the door.

Entered and used their small phone application to place an order.

In a short time it was ready.
Seating is limited to two tables and there is a bar along the window.

Using the application you can add or delete items on your order.

Short time later my order was ready.

Pepsi fountain drinks are available and some bottled and canned drinks as well.

Good tasting sandwich but seemed light on the meat and cheese.

Not sure if I will return.“

Whenever I go, if the lady in scarf is the one working she always greets very warmly and has an amazing positive energy. She has the best customer service skills with such a perfection in her sandwich artistry. Deserves an appreciation for sure.“

“Good sandwich chain! Milos has been a favorite of mine for years. I love the homemade bread. It's not like any other I've had before. Milos offers delivery, take out, and dine in service. Lots of sandwich options and sides. They are family friendly and have great service. I love them.“

“Wow - what a pleasant dining option at the Memorial Union! It offers both made to order sandwiches and salads as well as grab and go items. I was totally impressed with the quinoa black salad I ordered for lunch - excellent mix of textures and the flavors of the components complimented each other. There are no tables at Carte to dine-in, but its not difficult to find a table elsewhere in the Union (Strada, the Rathskeller, the Terrace).“

“Julio is fantastic. He deserves a RAISE - do whatever it takes to KEEP him! Patient. Helpful/accommodating. Seamlessly balanced call-in orders and customers at the counter. He greeted everyone and listened to each person’s requests. Everyone we saw enter and leave appeared to be very satisfied and “seen.” (About 20 people while we ate.) He even took time to help someone with questions about the Subway app.“

“I recently gave Jimmy John’s a try for the first time and the sandwich that I ordered was very good.
I visited this location on 4/26/26 to try the Little John #4 the sandwich was prepared very well + I enjoyed the fresh bread and fresh veggies.I also gave the brownie a try which was also good.Employees were friendly.

This location is kind of small from the interior since it’s between other businesses there is some tables available but it’s best just to take it for carryout.
This location is conveniently located along State St.
Will definitely have to try other variety of other sandwiches available here.
