Worst place, no one answers the phones. Would not recommend this place at all. Order took forever. Lesson learned, Firehouse subs is better.

I would give this place zero stars if I could.I would not recommend doing business here. They'll mark your order as complete but not actually deliver your food. It certainly wasn't fast service that they heavily imply that they're good at. If anything, it was really poor service.When I called the store, the employee was rude and told me I just needed to wait longer. I certainly won't be shopping here again. They're already late, and apparently, I'll be waiting even longer. If I even get my food at all, that is.

While I have worked the food industry myself for many years, I just can’t give this store more than two stars. Things are just so frequently inconsistent. I’ll get a notice for delayed delivery times and have the food arrive in 20 minutes one day, and then not get any warning on an order that takes them 2 hours to get delivered. It’s not the workers, I mean, if the company actually paid/staffed well enough their service could be excellent. It’s just disappointing because sometimes it’s nice to have a fast/reliable way to order a quick lunch. You just don’t get that with Jimmy John’s anymore.

I grew up in IL, so I'm fully on the JJ train.I'm still sad that the cut out the sprouts years ago, but this spot is everything you'd expect: fast and on-point.My only disappointments have been that they have run out of iced tea and the jalapeño chips on a couple of occasions. And since COVID, it seems like they never anticipate that anyone will actually sit down to eat (which I'm sure is often true). There's sometimes things like napkin inventory out on the customer tables.Either way, go JJ!

Interesting order! We ordered expecting the usual sub sandwiches but instead received normal bread sandwiches. They were delicious, but it was fairly confusing. Is this a WI thing or just this particular Jimmy John’s? They did have mine on whole wheat like I’d asked so that was a win, and they were tasty - just not your average Jimmy John’s.

I would give zero stars as well if I could. Because they have ZERO customer service! As others have stated they don't answer the phone. They also don't respond to emails. We ordered a large order of sandwiches & chips for the wedding party lunch the day of the wedding. They were late getting the pre-ordered meals together & didn't answer the phone, leading to multiple trips to their facility which was not at all convenient the day of the wedding! They also didn't include 21 bags of chips which we paid for. After multiple times trying to reach them to get a refund (around $36.00) I gave up. There were also people who got sick after eating the sandwiches (even the bride) which was extremely unfortunate on the wedding day! I would never order from this jimmy John's again & would hesitate to order from any Jimmy John's because I couldn't even get help from the headquarters.

I'm pretty sure they overcharge here, I always get a turkey Tom and for some reason...I'm always paying over nine dollars for it here, but if I go to any other Jimmy John's it's always six dollars and something cents. Kind of weird, I thought all the Jimmy John's had the same pricing.
