The subways now have a very bad reputation in regard to treating the customers well … vegetables are very watery and old to save money. I travel for work all over the Wisconsin and by far this location in the mall is much better than others….
One of the workers shay at east town mall is super kind and caring always makes my day also helped me overcome my fear of talking to new people also shay is super easy to talk to also mostly here for shay...and the food I guess
222 East Towne- Shay makes OUR day! First of all, she is phenomenal! My daughter has social anxiety and Shay helped her break out of her shell- Shay is the only person my daughter talks/orders from. We always stop by to see her, even if we aren’t ordering food. When we order food, she makes us feel heard and the food is amazing! Overall, SHE makes this SUBWAY memorable!
