I ordered at 5:16 pm Dec 26. 2023 and usually I get my food within 20 mins of ordering. By 6:00 this time my order hadn’t even been updated to being made so I called around 6:15 and no one answered. The order details did say 85-95 mins until I got my food. After I called and got no answer it updated that it was being made and within 10 mins it was out for delivery. That middle aged guy making the pizzas knows what he's doing last few times I got a carryout from him was the best pizza hut I've ever had he knows what he's doing and deserves a raise.
