Customers appreciate that the tortilla shells are made fresh in front of them, and they can see the meat and veggies being cooked. The steak is often praised for being well-cooked and not chewy. Portions are bigger than Chipotle, offering more bang for your buck. The restaurant maintains a clean atmosphere, with the bathroom being clean as well. Customers can see beautiful young ladies taking and preparing orders. The food is pretty good, about average with Chipotle, though smaller bowls mean smaller portions. They have blue corn chips which are awesome. The flavor Volcano sauce is essentially a spicy Chipotle and is good when mixed in. There are more sauce choices than Chipotle and they do have bowls and wraps. Pancheros caters well to online and mobile orders. Overall, Pancheros provides a decent dining experience.
