Service is terrible at McDonalds since they transitioned to focusing on drive-theu customers. Ordering at the kiosk is ok but when there is an issue with the kiosk, paying at the register, or even needing a refil there never an employee available. And there is usually a line of at least two customers waiting for an employee. Ita not just this McDonalda it is nearly all of them
I especially love their carmel iced coffee. Have to try their new/old apple pie.
Could use some coaching and training people on front counter on they phones lady waiting 15muns for a 5 dollar meal deal and they young lady who took my order did t know how to count
