How do you guys mess up a simple order I work in the food industry and all you had to do was make me a number 3 bro you literally put a piece of meat in a bun nothing else and didn’t even give me the rest of my order. Nothing more fun to get home and see your stuff messed up after working 8 hrs and are hungry and it was 12am there were no cars in line how do you mess this up????? New staff please like this isn’t rocket since. Your staff just don’t care and that’s gonna be an issues for your company

My mouth was watering for a Steak Egg Cheese Bagel, 2 xxtra crispy hash brown, nice hot Macchiato that I sat at my desk and pig out on. Although my bag and napkins was greasy as hell but my Breakfast was still ???

I don't care for the remodeling inside. There is no way to interact with anyone. You order from a kiosk. And heaven forbid I ask for ketchup. It was very difficult to get the attention of anyone since they removed the front counters.

The only time service is good and employees are friendly is when Glen is managing the restaurant. Otherwise the employees don’t seem to care about customers especially those inside the restaurant. When is the General Manager going to have consistently good service at all times?Here again to pickup an order. 2 employees have walked by myself and a customer without any acknowledgement. Wouldn’t come here at dinner or lunch time inside. Drive thru is their only priority.

Typical McDonald's. Food was ok. Service far exceeded most McDonald's but overall nothing super special here. One huge drawback is no soda fountain out in the lobby. If you want a refill, you have to ask. Since they have the ordering kiosks and it's nearly impossible to flag down an actual worker outside of handing you your food, I don't see how if you want a refill or have an issue to report would be possible.

Shame this is one of the only options open late in the area...Open 24 hours, but service is not available 24 hours...Common excuses: just a few of the manyCash only, Uber only, preparing for breakfast etc...Available service is always a gamble ????????

Not only did the girl at the drive thru get my entire order wrong but she had the worst attitude. We get to the pay window and she charges us for a random order that isn't ours, refunds it, and then suddenly our card won't work for her and my daughter doesn't get her food. Sorry you're life is so hard u can't even get a simple order right. Get a new job

They never seem to get orders right or they take your order & money & then have to refund money as they do not have the food. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have VC ever gone to.
