“Decided to go grab me a shake as they are the closest to my house. Shake machine was down so I decided to grab a couple burgers as i haven't tried them yet. Should have just left. Arbys should not have tried to do burgers lol it was like a gas station burger, didn't taste like a burger, texture was all kinds of weird too. I will stick to Culver's for my burgers. Roast beef is what you get at Arby's dont get the burgers“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“We went after a sporting event with a very large crowd. Every employee was so welcoming unlike Wendy’s where we stood at counter for 5 minutes and the employees ignored us! Mcds food was so hot and fresh and the manager was checking in on us in the dining room asking if we needed anything and the sweet girl who delivered our trays was great! Thank you for a great late dinner!! Awesome customer service!“

“Always drive tru. Seems to be understaffed. Had a bad experience last week-waiting to order, to pay, for food at window then asked to pull around and wait. After more than 5 min I went in to get it. Asked for money back and one of the cooks stepped out and “tossed” food on counter.
The food is often slow but always fresh! This was the only bad experience I had.“
