“We had the best experience at the Princeton location today. While waiting for our food, it was taking longer than normal, the worker came out and gifted us ice cream for our patience. Food was great, service was spectacular. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼“

“Thanks to an amazing staff and management. You have renewed my faith in humanity. Less than a week ago we were passing through on our way home from Colorado to Indiana. I left my wallet with cash, air pods, and our vaccination cards and didn’t miss it until the next day when I was home. I called and was told they had it and the manager would mail it to me! The next day I received a text with the tracking information and today I received the wallet with everything including the money! They didn’t even take cash out for the cost of postage! I will be donating the cash to a local charity. I’ve always been a fan of Jimmy John’s but this brings it to a whole new level. I don’t think I’ll eat at another fast food restaurant if there is a Jimmy John’s nearby. Thanks to all the good people in this world!“

“The food was nice and hot and fresh and tasty ? it was so good haven’t had pizza hit in a long time definitely beat the craving!! The plus side for me was that the order I got came in a warmer bag and it still was in the bag when he was at the door. The only bad thing was that the box is really big so I struggled to put it away and there was no lid for the Alfredo (pasta part of the box/order). Other then that very good and very satisfied ?“

“I always get the same sandwich everytime I come here and kailey one of the sandwich makers suggested I try some of the sweet onion sauce on the side because she thought it would go well with the sandwich and omg was she right. She somehow made my favorite sandwich even better!!! She gave really great service and the suggestion for the sweet onion sauce was life changing!!“

“They are kind hard working but still smile and laugh with there customers I use drive thru and use dine in They may have a few dirty tables but that just shows how busy they are All these negative comments posted You need to put yourself in there shoes for a day Could you do there job ???? Staff you are doing great every place every where needs improvement“
