“I had went thru the drive thru today n I wanted to the new ceaser bacon chicken sandwich n I requested for my meal to be made all fresh. So they asked us to pull up n wait on it. We'll it took about maybe 10 to 15mins to be made which was fine I had no problem to wait on freshly made food. So the employee came out n handed me my food n he mentioned sorry for the long wait but we gave u guys another free ceaser bacon chicken sandwich, well I said tyou for much! It made my day n I was really hungry n it hit the spot too n all was fresh n nicely made! I was shocked to get a free item! Way to go Peru, keep up the good work! 🥰 🙏 🤑🙌🫶“

“I love arbys, and this place is no exception. Service can be a little difficult sometimes, and you might have a hard time getting someone to help you behind the counter, as they tend to just walk past. Other than that, this place is pretty good.“

“This specific restaurant has stellar customer service. The manager of this establishment, a Ms. Victoria, went the extra mile to provide this consumer a satisfying experience. A welcoming attitude, good atmosphere, and very polite. Another Jersey Mike establishment in Bloomington, IL had failed to deliver a sandwich, even after receiving payment. But the manager at this location offered and proceeded to kindly replace the sandwich after hearing of this unfortunate incident, making up for the other locations' failure to deliver. This Peru location had no obligation to make up for another establishments' shortcoming, but these wonderful employees did. And that is going above and beyond. High praise and 10/10 stars. Knowing customer satisfaction is prioritized at this Peru, Illinois establishment, I endeavor to make it a place I frequent for a tasty and reliable sub.“

“We all know jimmy John’s has great sandwiches but this location has the best employees as well! Our car broke down in the parking lot and they were more than accommodating, even to the point of offering assistance to help us get back on the road. 10/5 stars!!!! “Cole and the young woman working on 8/9/25 absolutely blew me and my party away with their incredible service. After being rained out of the splash pad birthday party unexpectedly, we took shelter at Pizza Hut, walking in with nearly 20 people. Cole jumped right in to help reorganize the seating to fit everyone and once sat immediately got drinks going. I did not get the young woman’s name but she was a power house with the serving tray.

Very grateful for how patient and understanding they were while we opened presents etc. (Three year olds are not exactly public space respectful) A really great time was had even with the rain and in no small part to the hard working people managing the floor and the window drive through 💪🏻🍕“

“Did a mobile order pickup. Store was clean. Rachel who was doing beast mode doing drive thru and orders up front gave excellent customer service and also made sure I had utensils and napkins in my to go order. Thank you for that!! I overheard the staff who was preparing my food made sure everything was in my order which it was a big one so I'm glad they went over it. Food was hot and was freshly made so shout out to cooks. I'll definitely return to this location if this is the service they do.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
