“Hands down one of the most delicious meals my husband and I have had. I had the Chicken Marsala, which our server recommended, and my husband had the meatloaf. Both dishes were incredible! Then we shared the Irish cream cheesecake for dessert, and it was to die for. Service and atmosphere were great, too. The next time we visit Peoria, we'll be back for another meal!“
“Best place we stayed between Chicago and Grafton, IL! We were stuck at Starved Rock lock for around 5 hours. We didn't get through until after dark (9:30-ish). I called and amazingly enough a guy named Chuck answered the phone! He said our boat was a little big for anything they had available but he could put us at their fuel dock for the night. He waited until we got there around 11pm, helped us get tied up then invited us to the bar for drinks and even opened the kitchen and made us supper! Seriously the best place we stayed. Fun, clean, not pretentious, extremely accommodating, and super reasonable prices! Thank you South Shore Boat Club - and Chuck - for your help and amazing hospitality!!“

“Only my second time there. First time was years ago in the evening. Loud bar atmosphere. 7/18/26 I was here at lunchtime. A lot quieter! Mostly bar type food. But, there are other nice options. Matter of fact both types of stuffed tomatoes were GREAT.“

“Our first visit to the Riverfront will definitely not be our last. The food was out of this world and the drink selection was just as epic.You can't go wrong with the classic sports decor which makes this a great place to watch any game. “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Could be better but it was so warm inside because of the heat outside was super hot. My food had to go back to get it cooked well and they solved the issue and gave us a discount because I waited to get it cooked right. Otherwise the service was great for us coming to Apple Bee. Thank you for taking care of us.“
