“Love the food. Service is usually good. (I think out of ten visits one time service was little lazy, but may have been an off day for the server- we all have them) typically we stop in at off meal times, so pretty empty atmosphere - but that the way my wife and I like it, part of why we don't go out at typical meal times. most recent visit was just before the sweet corn fest parade, was surprised it wasn't busy, but everyone probably at the festival already. Dinning room typically clean, restrooms can be a different story, just do yourself the favor of eating first, in case you loose your appetite.“
“This place has been here forever, and there's a reason for that. It's got decent food and prices. It's hard not to stop in for a bite to eat when back in the area. That leaves other places unexplored, but it's like going to a restaurant and always getting your favorite dish and not trying other things.The Double Breaded CheeseBurger is the cult classic here. You just can't find them anywhere else. I like the liver and onions, and the fried chicken is wonderful. I'm not a fan of coated fries, but everything else I've had here over the years has been wonderful. I wish there were more places like Ziggie's.“
“WOW! Is all I can say! This family owned restaurant has the Best homemade food! It's made to order and definitely worth the wait! I love how they treat U like family. They are really down to earth people! We ordered Fried Chicken for an event at R church and it was fantastic! We've had Sullivans, HyVee and Walmart and this chicken beats them all!I have had many of their dishes and never left hungry and feeling well satisfied! The soups are fresh and so delicious that I have to call ahead to save me some because they run out so fast! I'll get breakfast or lunch and it's all tasty! Even their Chicken Salad is made to order and it's very delicious! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Parkway Family Restaurant! Their dedication shows how much they love people and what they do! “Great portions, great prices, great service.Will be coming back to try other stuff on the menu. Had the horseshoe with chicken strips, and it was very good. Easily 3 meals for me with the size of it. Also had beef and veggies soup: huge, chunky delicious soup.“
“Stopped in for lunch. I’ve never been here before. Ordered the blackened chicken sandwich. Very good choice. It was cooked perfectly. I would recommend everyone try it. Waitress had a smile on her face the whole time I was there and didn’t miss a beat. Very good service. I will be back again.“
